  • When you are dreaming, inside of you it seems as though it's real life, you can feel, taste, see, hear, smell everything the same way as if you were awake.
  • Being chased is one of the most common forms of nightmares.
  • 3,000 years ago, Egyptians compiled a "Dream Book" where they wrote about the boundries of this lfie and the next life were very thin.
  • Dreams are usually what someone is hoping for in the future.
  • Having nightmares is our body's way to try to overcome the internal fear.
  • Psychological theories are based on the idea that dreaming allows us to sort through problems, events of the day or things that are requiring a lot of our attention
  • There are 5 stages of sleep and during the third and fourth stages of sleep we begin to fall into REM sleeping(rapid eye movement). This is when dreaming occurs.
